No one can make big changes on their own. It is always a collaboration between a group of people. Changes requires that the management has set clear goals and is prepared to use resources. KOLD have helped many companies to success.

For change to happen successfully, the entire organisation must understand why and what is changing. It is therefore crucial that the management can motivate the changes.

Change creates uncertainty. A clear plan, visible project management, communication, training and support gives employees security.

The company must be the driving force behind the changes, but needs resources, experience and competence to implement it.

KOLD's logo is the tail rudder of an airplane. In this context, the company is the airplane, with all its power, knowledge and technology.

The management is the pilot who has set the goal for the change. The tail rudder symbolises KOLD's efforts to ensure that the direction is right and that the company arrives safely at the goal.

KOLD ensures focus and fast execution. Optimisation of the interaction between the organisation, the ERP system and the business processes ensures optimal results of the changes.

Process overview

KOLD maps the company's processes.

By visualising the processes in the company, it is ensured that there is an unbroken line from idea to delivery.

All tasks to servicing the customer are connected. If one task fails, it creates extra costs and delays, and in the worst case, dissatisfaction by the customer.

ERP Optimisation

A task always has an input and an output. The unbroken line between the tasks creates an overview of the processes and the division of responsibilities.

With the process overview, it can be ensured that the output is the optimal input for the next task, as well as clarity

about when responsibility is transferred. This enables a holistic optimisation of the company.

With the process overview, extra goals can be set for the project, to achieve greater benefit from the project than the goal set by the management.

Project management

In project management, the most important thing is to make the employees feel comfortable with the changes that need to take place. This is done by involving them so that they know what, how, when and who must solve the various tasks.

Project management must be done with visible leadership, a clear plan and open communication.

Training, testing and available support will make employees feel safe and ensure that the changes work when they are put into operation.
